DABUSH is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items in transit once the order has shipped from the studio.
Domestic Shipping:
Please allow up to 5-10 business days for order processing. Once shipped, please use israelpost.co.il/en/itemtrace to track shipping time.
There is a $8.00 flat shipping rate on all domestic orders.
Standard Shipping - Up to 14 Business Days $8.00.
Express Shipping - Up to 5 Business Days $16.00.
Domestic taxes where applicable and will be presented upon check-out.
We cannot guarantee domestic delivery dates.
International Shipping:
Please allow up to 5-10 business days for order processing. Once shipped, international orders can take up to 8 weeks for delivery. International shipments are subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees. DABUSH has no control and is not responsible for these tariffs or customs fees.
DABUSH ships worldwide using Israel Post.
International shipping is a $16.00 USD flat shipping rate, unless otherwise stated on the product or website.
We cannot guarantee international delivery dates.
Order Cancellations:
To cancel an order, please contact Customer Support. You will be notified when your order is cancelled. Please allow 8-10 business days for a refund to authorize back into your original payment method. If your refund has not been received within that time frame, please contact Customer Support.
Cancelling an order is only possible before it reaches the packing or shipment phase. Any items marked as final sale cannot be cancelled.
During drop seasons, order cancellations should be made within 24 hours of purchase to ensure a successful cancellation.
Once your order has been placed and your payment has successfully been processed, individual items can’t be edited.
Involuntary Returns:
If your order is involuntarily returned back to the warehouse, customers will be notified via email used at checkout. Customers have 5-7 business days to respond to the notification regarding if you would prefer to receive a refund or if you would like us to re-ship your order. If a refund is chosen, original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you fail to respond within that time frame, the order will automatically be refunded.
Uncollected Packages:
In the case that your order has to be returned to us due to the receiver’s refusal to pay duties, taxes, or fees, or as a result of your unavailability at the time of shipment and/or inaccuracies in the details provided by you, DABUSH will have to charge you for shipping and handling fees and any additional administrative charges that might be incurred for customs clearance and return process.
